Refund Policy
Effective: August 28, 2026.
Unless a different policy is clearly shown at checkout, you may request a refund within seven calendar days after purchase by emailing support@aurascorer.info with your order details and reason.
Digital-content use
Where permitted by law, a refund may be declined if a digital product has been substantially consumed, copied or downloaded beyond what is reasonably necessary to evaluate it. This does not limit mandatory rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Payment issues
Contact support promptly for duplicate charges, payment-without-access situations or suspected unauthorized transactions so the issue can be investigated with the payment provider.
No guaranteed outcome
Educational and self-development products do not guarantee a specific Aura Score increase or real-world outcome.
Processing
Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method where practical. Bank and payment-provider processing times vary.
